Description:
Exclusive vacation house in exclusive location. This white Florida
villa filled with light is equipped with all the conveniences you
expect and surrounded by a tropical garden. Only 5 minutes and you
are with the boat on the River to the Gulf of Mexico. No bridges –
no locks! A dream for boaters – ask us about current offers for a
rent boat.
Other Features: The villa has 2 TV's and some bedrooms
are equipped with DVD-player (German DVD's can be played also).
Living room with large TV and the stereo system can be controlled in
the entire house and pool area. Deck chairs, pool furniture and an
outside kitchen with grill are available for unforgettable hours in
paradise. You can fish directly from the dock. All bedrooms have
their own bathrooms. The rooms are decorated generously and
exclusively so that all guests feel comfortable. Enjoy the mast
bathroom Whirlpool. Let your day end with a glass of wine in the
oversized outside whirlpool. The kitchen is very well equipped with
view to the pool and has a short way to the terrace.
Location: On a wide canal, southern exposure with
access to the Gulf of Mexico.
